Speak to Yu’er near the early campfire and ask how to treat her father.
Enter Sha-Chi Tower, descend the stairs ahead on the right, then climb the left ladder to Hua.
After the fight, collect the flower from the body in front of the main table. Return it to Yu’er at the Outpost.

Clear Ruthless Archer Camp and return for the bow. At Sha-Chi Tower, Hua’s underground route is optional and connects to the Flesh Lily quest.
