Weeping Creek Valley
Follow the first region through the Outpost, Sha-Chi Tower and Great Waterfall; find quests, equipment and blocked-path solutions.

Progression route
Reach the Outpost
Continue past Yu’er and clear the western route to remove the Red Thread Barrier. Defeat the Frenzied Brute, then continue to the Outpost.
Take the Outpost detours
Speak to the rooftop archer, obtain the cell key, and defeat Peng Meng on the onward route. The Dread Axe opens the chain-blocked passage.
Explore Sha-Chi Tower
Clear Ruthless Archer Camp and return for the bow. At Sha-Chi Tower, Hua’s underground route is optional and connects to the Flesh Lily quest.
Finish at the Great Waterfall
Continue past the waterfall bridge to The Hunt. His chain sickle opens anchor traversal; return to the tower summit for the camp key before heading north to Crimson Forest.
Side quests
Purge the Sect: obtain the bow
- At the Outpost fork with the old beggar, turn right and speak to the seated man on the left rooftop.
- From Creek Valley Plains Entrance, head uphill and turn left into Ruthless Archer Camp.
- Clear the camp, then return to the rooftop archer to receive the Feather Bow.
- Finish and turn in this quest before defeating Bai Chilian at the end of Crimson Forest.
Flesh Lily: the valley stage
- Speak to Yu’er near the early campfire and ask how to treat her father.
- Enter Sha-Chi Tower, descend the stairs ahead on the right, then climb the left ladder to Hua.
- After the fight, collect the flower from the body in front of the main table. Return it to Yu’er at the Outpost.
Festering Secrets: return to the captain
- Defeat Peng Meng and receive his final letter. Clear the faceless enemies behind the Outpost chain gate.
- Speak to the entrance guard, then the captain, to receive the order for his lieutenant.
- After The Hunt, return to the tower summit. Use the chain route above and to the right of the friendly Shadow Warden to obtain the camp key.
- Return toward Creek Valley Plains Entrance, follow the camp passage through the right-hand building to the lieutenant, then report to the Outpost captain.
- Finish and turn in this quest before defeating Bai Chilian at the end of Crimson Forest.
见习医师: three herbs
- After Peng Meng, speak to 玉儿 at the Outpost and choose 采药. Find 止血藤 on the riverbed left of 斧老大关押处.
- At 远眺龙柱处, cross the left bridge and follow the left wall to 凝脂叶. Enter the cave beside it; 金创草 is on the road facing the dragon statue.
- Deliver all three to 玉儿 for 香薰药盒.
- Return with all three herbs before fighting 荆野 in Crimson Forest. Passing that boss closes this quest.
坚岩护腕: visit the grave before Village of Lu
- After defeating Peng Meng, enter the house beside the Outpost bowyer and speak to the frightened disciple.
- Travel to 斧老大关押处, where The Hunt appeared, and enter the small door beside the Bell.
- Inspect the mound to obtain the bracers. Complete the conversation before entering Village of Lu, when the disciple disappears.
Doors, barriers & return trips
Where is the Outpost cell key?
From the Outpost Bell, climb the stairs and turn right behind the house into the courtyard. Take the key and return to the cell in the small courtyard before the Outpost for a Blackstone Fragment.
How do I cut the chains?
Obtain the Dread Axe from Peng Meng, then return to the chain interaction. You only need to own the tool.
Why is the guarded bridge closed?
Progress to Village of Lu and speak to Old Man Gen before returning to the guarded bridge.
What should I revisit after The Hunt?
Return to Sha-Chi Tower Summit for the camp gate key. The chain sickle also lets you revisit earlier anchor routes.
Recover the furnace switch
After opening the upper furnace, take its switch back. The furnace beside 溪谷杀气塔底 Bell uses the same switch and leads to 浑源经脉仪. If it is missing, return to the furnace on the first floor.

After Peng Meng, speak to the frightened disciple in the house beside the Outpost bowyer. Go to 斧老大关押处, enter the small door beside the Bell and inspect the mound. Complete the disciple conversation before entering Village of Lu.

Boss encounters
The Frenzied Brute
Past the Red Thread Barrier, wait for the surrounding enemies to weaken the boss before joining. Preserve your own Sha-Chi through weapon switches, then attack when his guard breaks.
Peng Meng, Axemaster
Watch for the black-glow rush and backward ground slam: evade these instead of blocking, as a block empties Sha-Chi. Use guard-break openings to apply Jagged Steel’s bleed.
The Hunt
During the second phase, move sideways out of falling purple chains. Keep away from the summoned tornado until it disappears; watch the blue-glow attacks during his airborne chain sequence.
Hua, Deadly Betrothed
Leave the red-flower circle as soon as it forms. Move sideways around the white homing flowers and watch for a follow-up red grab; after a strong vertical cut, delay retaliation until the grab window has passed. Switch weapons before Sha-Chi runs out and save the ultimate for a guard-break opening or an emergency.
