Medicine effects and early acquisition routes
Compare healing, Sha-Chi support and status-cleansing medicines.
Immediate healing
The starting 药葫芦 restores 40% health and initially has two uses. 容器维护液体 restores 70% health and boosts natural Sha-Chi recovery by 50% for five seconds. Find it by the first-floor front door reached through Sha-Chi Tower’s basement.
Sha-Chi support
凝锋丹 reduces Sha-Chi costs by 30% for 15 seconds and gradually restores 30% health. 沸酒酿 generates Sha-Chi for 15 seconds while gradually restoring 30% health; collect it beneath Hua Qianxiao’s bridge.
Defense and guard-break pressure
苦叶露 grants 20% damage reduction for 15 seconds and restores 40% health over 10 seconds. 归神汤 grants 10% guard-break power for 30 seconds and restores 20% health.
Clear status effects
青蛇药剂 removes all status effects, raises status resistance by 75% for 15 seconds and gradually restores 20% health. Speak to 谢小戎 in Pangzhen’s 青蛇屋 to obtain it.
Accessory combinations
静心小葫芦 lets drinking restore a guard-broken state and prevents Sha-Chi consumption for three seconds. 深宅药罐 can avoid consuming a medicine use; its initial chance is 8%, increasing to 15% at +1.
